I experimented with several ideas for the deck, and finially settled on Douglas fir. This is a lovely wood and easy to handle.
Further, Obi had it in 4 meter long.The whole thing has gone very quickly now that a decision was made. I delivered the car to be fixed and took the
train to Adlearshof to go to Obi and ordered the wood. The whole mess was delivered the next day.
