I can only vaguely recall this. Maybe I can recall a scaffolding, but I am not sure. We heard later the the fellow who bought the house did so because he like the mural so much. When he in turn sold the house he tried to take it with himself, but this was impossible, as the wall was plaster on laths. I can, maybe, recall Mom and Dad talking of the fellow who constantly dinged to get Dad to finish the painting.
